Air Wise has been operating for over 30 years and Russell & Rachel Ollington are the proud second owners of the business.

Air Wise was founded by Bob Hood who ran the business for over 30 years and sold the business to Russell and Rachel Ollington in 2024.

Bob offered months of extensive mentoring and guidance to ensure a smooth handover of the business to Russell and Rachel. All of Bob’s loyal customers he cultivated over the 30 years still continue with Air Wise for their air conditioning and HVAC cleaning needs.

Air Wise is proudly a family run business located in Townsville, Queensland with goals of expanding their business to Brisbane. Being an independent company, that values customer service means Air Wise as a brand is trusted by a range of local businesses and customers. With Rachel at the helm of the administration, Russell the owner/operator and Michael Weston the site supervisor, this team is ready to help your business.

Russell and Rachel have four kids and love to get away on camping trips, motorbike riding with the kids and fishing as much as possible. The site supervisor, Michael has a diverse trade and technical background which means he will always have a solution to your duct, air conditioning and HVAC needs.
